1.How many ongoing projects do we have in Kolkata?
At present, we have three ongoing projects in Kolkata, namely, Ideal Aqua View at Mahishbathan, Ideal Aurum near Kamalgazi More, and Ideal Paradiso at New Alipore. Bookings are underway for all three of these properties.
2.What are the amenities offered?
Listed below are some of the most useful amenities you can find at our current ongoing projects:
Ideal Aqua View:
It has a spacious community hall, residents club, an indoor games room, a fully-equipped gymnasium, badminton court, table tennis room, swimming pools and squash court. Cricket enthusiasts can also take advantage of a 13670 square feet cricket field within the community.
Besides that, residents can also look forward to a movie lounge, walking track and yoga deck. For people with young children, the property offers a creche. Families can shop inside the community at a convenience store. Lastly, for hosting big celebrations and events, residents can use the rooftop banquet garden.
Ideal Aurum:
It has a special club, called ‘Club Adda’ that spans more than 20,000 square feet in area. Alos, it has separate swimming pools for adults and kids with a pool deck. Indoor games room, badminton court, table tennis and pool room are additional features for residents who enjoy playing sports.It also has a state-of-the-art gym with all the latest machinery. For big events, residents can use the banquet hall with a sprawling lawn.
Ideal Paradiso:
It has a fully-equipped gymnasium, swimming pool with jacuzzi, a rooftop garden and a community hall with an attached garden.
3.What are the number of flats available in our ongoing projects?
Ideal Aqua View:
This project includes a total of 7 towers, out of which 5 towers have G+ 25 structure, while the remaining two have G+ 21. Combining all of these, there are 980 apartments.
Ideal Aurum:
Ideal Aurum is a 5 tower community, with 4 towers having a G+ 14 blueprint, while one tower has G+ 11. In total, there are 402 AC apartments inside the entire housing community.
Ideal Paradiso:
There are 106 flats spread out across three towers of G+ 12 configuration. Moreover, there are just three apartments on every floor.
4.What is the total land area of the projects?
Ideal Aqua View:
This project has been developed in a land area of around 535 cottahs.
Ideal Aurum:
Ideal Aurum is spread across 4.24 acres of land.
Ideal Paradiso:
Spread across 1.58 acres, Ideal Paradiso offers a sprawling area to residents.
5.What type of flats are available in the projects?
Ideal Aqua View:
In this project, you can choose from the following –
- 2 BHK – Between 1050 and 1105 square feet
- 3 BHK – Between 1475 and 1510 square feet
Ideal Aurum:
Here, you can choose from the following options –
- 2 BHK – Between 935 and 975 square feet
- 3 BHK – Between 1175 and 1285 square feet
Ideal Paradiso:
In this community, we offer the following options –
- 3 BHK – Between 1635 and 1750 square feet
- 4 BHK – Between 1995 and 2025 square feet
