Experience: 4 to 8 years
Required MALE Candidate only
Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
Desired candidate profile:
- Experienced candidate from Real Estate / Hospitality/ Tourism sectoronly
- Preferably immediate joining
Roles & Responsibility :
- Sales accountability for assigned project.
- Coordination with the back office tele caller for leads.
- Ensure site visit of the allotted leads from the respective sites
- Ensure payments from all customers on time.
- Working with Sales CRM and marketing automation for lead management.
- All prospects / customer follow ups to close sales deals.
- Prepare project wise sales report on target sales.

- Experienced candidate from Real Estate / Hospitality/ Tourism sector only
- Preferably immediate joining
Roles & Responsibility :
- TDS Calculation for all Customers
- Preparing MIS Report
- Preparing report of collection (Cheque ) on daily basis
- All data updating and documentation
- All forms fill-up
- Coordination with the Marketing, Accounts & Billing department for payments/OS/Ledger
- Working in Tally ERP & posting all entries
- Prepare project wise payment reports.
