Roles & Responsibility :

• Coordination with the back office tele caller for leads.
• Ensure site visit of the allotted leads from the respective sites
• Ensure payments from all customers on time.
• Working with Sales CRM and marketing automation for lead management.
• All prospects / customer follow ups to close sales deals.
• Prepare project wise sales report on target sales.

Roles & Responsibility :

• TDS Calculation for all Customers
• Preparing MIS Report
• Preparing report of collection (Cheque ) on daily basis
• All data updating and documentation
• All forms fill-up
• Coordination with the Marketing, Accounts & Billing department for payments/OS/Ledger
• Working in Tally ERP & posting all entries
• Prepare project wise payment reports.
