Mr. Srawan Kumar Himatsingka is the Chairman of the Ideal Group, and one of the most dynamic entrepreneurs of his generation. It is under his able guidance that the Ideal Group has emerged as one of the most sought after real estate companies in Eastern India.

A Chemical Engineer from BITS Pillani, Mr. S.K. Himatsingka founded the Ideal Group in 1982 and ever since has built a business empire powered by his aspirations, ambitions and perseverance.
